My Story\u2026<\/strong>Like many stories it began with why?\u00a0<\/p>

    I wanted to create merchandise for my clients, but not just a logo printed on a T-shirt. I wanted it to really mean something. I wanted the clothing to reflect who I am, my values and be sustainably responsible, and to carry designs that look cool and stand out.<\/p>

    To do this I have created 4 collections.<\/p>

    1. Explore Beyond - The staple range of Exist Clothing Co. Simple designs with big meaning. Explore Beyond what you are capable of without fear.<\/p>

    2. Exist Fit - Showcasing my passion for fitness and what I do. Helping people to Run, Move & Perform Well physically and mentally. Train with me? Wear the T-shirt and let everyone know you do.<\/p>

    Mental Health awareness is the biggest motivator and my purpose in creating a clothing brand.<\/p>

    I know first hand that sport and exercise is more than just becoming a better version of yourself physically. It also has a positive effect on your mental health to.\u00a0However, I didn\u2019t realise when I came into the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer that not only would I directly be able to help people improve their mental health, but it would actually shine a light on my own.\u00a0<\/p>

    \"I\u2019m fine\" is a phrase I\u2019ve used a lot, I\u2019ve never thought I wasn\u2019t anything but okay. Without realising it I\u2019ve struggled with my own mental health problems, but I\u2019ve always masked over them. Too many men hide away from their mental struggles, but I know the power that using your voice can have. In whatever way you use it, be it through writing in a diary or actually talking to someone. Getting the thoughts out of your head helps you process them, not push them to one side.<\/p>

    It\u2019s okay not to be ok! I want to do something now to help other people find their voice in a world full of noise. My own struggles haven\u2019t gone away, I\u2019m just able to find my voice more easily to talk about them with the people who know me well.<\/p>

    My mission through Exist Clothing Co. is to create a brand that provides my clients and athletes cool branded merchandise that does more to raise awareness of the mental health struggles that everyone goes through men & women. Showcasing how sport and exercise can have a positive effect on peoples life. With sustainably responsible clothing, that carries messages in the form of artistic expression and designs. Standing by the side of my mission with Exist Fit, to help people Run, Move & Perform Well with improved physical and mental well-being.<\/p>

      My Story\u2026<\/strong>Like many stories it began with why? <\/p>

        I wanted to create merchandise for my clients, but not just a logo printed on a T-shirt. I wanted it to really mean something. I wanted the clothing to reflect who I am, my values and be sustainably responsible, and to carry designs that look cool and stand out.<\/p>

        To do this I have created 4 collections.<\/p>

        1. Explore Beyond - The staple range of Exist Clothing Co. Simple designs with big meaning. Explore Beyond what you are capable of without fear.<\/p>

        2. Exist Fit - Showcasing my passion for fitness and what I do. Helping people to Run, Move & Perform Well physically and mentally. Train with me? Wear the T-shirt and let everyone know you do.<\/p>
